We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Consultant with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge Identity Governance and Access Management (IGAM) solutions for a prestigious client. Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end IAM initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ. Your expertise will be critical in:

• Architecting and Configuring advanced SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), entitlement management, Separation of Duty (SoD) policies, and access certification campaigns to ensure robust governance and compliance.
• Automating critical identity lifecycle processes such as Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows, provisioning, and deprovisioning to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Developing and Optimizing custom workflows, rules, forms, approval processes, and BeanShell/Java logic to enhance system functionality and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Onboarding and Integrating diverse applications using connectors like Web Services, JDBC, and Delimited File, ensuring seamless data synchronization and identity aggregation across the enterprise.
• Configuring identity and entitlement aggregation, account correlation, lifecycle events, and provisioning policies to maintain accurate and up-to-date access controls.
• Troubleshooting complex issues in SailPoint IIQ workflows, integrations, provisioning failures, and aggregation discrepancies, ensuring minimal downtime and operational resilience.
• Supporting IAM audits, compliance initiatives, access reviews, and security controls to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including application owners, business stakeholders, HR, infrastructure, security, and compliance teams, to align IAM strategies with broader organizational goals.
• Developing comprehensive technical documentation, test cases, deployment plans, and operational procedures to facilitate smooth implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensuring stability and reliability in production environments by promptly addressing incidents, service requests, and performance bottlenecks.
• Driving automation initiatives and continuous improvement to enhance platform efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Supporting File Access Management activities, including file-share onboarding and access visibility, where applicable, to extend IAM capabilities to broader data governance needs.
