Key Responsibilities

• Manuscript Review and Editing: Evaluate and edit research manuscripts to enhance clarity, coherence, and readability while preserving the authors’ original intent. Ensure that scientific arguments, terminology, and conventions are precise, consistent, and tailored to the target audience.
• Scientific Accuracy and Clarity: Verify the accuracy of subject-specific content, including study design, methodology, statistical analysis, and interpretation. Improve the presentation of complex research findings to make them more accessible and publication-ready.
• Language and Style Refinement: Transform manuscripts into polished, error-free academic writing that adheres to the highest standards of English language usage. Eliminate unclear, illogical, or unidiomatic sentences to ensure the text is both grammatically correct and stylistically refined.
• Journal Compliance: Format manuscripts according to the specific guidelines of target journals, ensuring compliance with submission requirements and enhancing the likelihood of acceptance.
• Peer Review Insights: Leverage your experience in peer review to critically assess the scientific content of manuscripts, providing constructive feedback that strengthens the overall quality of the research.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Background: A PhD degree in Nuclear Medicine or Medical Physics is mandatory.
• Publication Record: A strong track record of academic achievement, with 5–10 or more first-author publications, is required.
• Peer Review Experience: Prior experience in peer review is highly desirable, as it demonstrates your ability to critically evaluate scientific content.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to assess study design, methodology, statistics, and interpretation with a discerning eye for accuracy and logical consistency.
