Driver Position at Hadya Group – Jeddah

Hadya Group is seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team in Jeddah. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of personnel, goods, and equipment to designated locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate company vehicles, including sedans, vans, or trucks, in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic conditions, road restrictions, and fuel efficiency.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle checks, including tire pressure, fluid levels, and overall condition, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to passengers, including company executives or clients, ensuring a comfortable and secure travel experience.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and any incidents or maintenance issues, as required by company protocols.
• Adherence to Policies: Strictly follow Hadya Group’s safety policies, traffic regulations, and company guidelines to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
• Emergency Preparedness: Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, breakdowns, or unexpected situations, including coordinating with roadside assistance or company management as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Saudi driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of Jeddah’s road networks and traffic regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight schedules.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential matters.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and service.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
