Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Comprehensive Project Plans: Create and refine detailed project schedules, timelines, and progress tracking mechanisms to ensure alignment with project objectives and milestones.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on schedule feasibility and resource allocation.
• Analyze and Evaluate Contractor Performance: Review contractor schedules, assess progress claims, and generate insightful analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Proactively Identify and Mitigate Risks: Anticipate potential delays, deviations, and risks, and develop and implement corrective action plans to minimize their impact on project timelines.
• Prepare Strategic Reporting: Compile and present weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc planning reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards: Adhere to established PMC methodologies, performance standards, and project governance frameworks to maintain operational excellence.
• Support Project Coordination: Contribute to the overall project coordination efforts, leveraging your expertise to support on-time, on-budget delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Extensive Experience in Project Planning: A minimum of **10+ years** of hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, and construction supervision within PMC environments.
• Specialized Background in High-Rise Construction: Proven expertise in managing and executing **high-rise building projects**, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique challenges and complexities.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard planning tools such as **Primavera P6**, along with a strong command of project management software and analytical techniques.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
• Leadership and Coordination: Strong leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and drive collaborative problem-solving.
