Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations in Dammam. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe working environment while leading a team of skilled professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Production Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to meet production targets and customer demands.
• Team Management: Supervise and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, engineers, and production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency through lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to strict quality standards and compliance with industry regulations, implementing robust quality control measures to deliver defect-free products.
• Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety by enforcing strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, conducting regular audits, and mitigating risks to prevent workplace incidents.
• Budget and Cost Management: Oversee production budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety standards.
• Maintenance and Equipment: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational uptime.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between production, engineering, supply chain, and senior management, providing regular updates on performance metrics, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of innovation by implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to enhance overall performance.
• Training and Development: Identify skill gaps within the team and provide targeted training programs to enhance employee competencies and career growth.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES) and advanced MS Office tools.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
