Role Overview

The Assistant Manager for System & Process Projects plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless availability, stability, and performance of critical systems, with a primary focus on the SO99 Planning Solution. This position serves as the central liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to align system operations with strategic planning objectives. The role is instrumental in driving service excellence, maintaining business continuity, and fostering effective integration with SAP and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SO99 Planning Solution, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Issue Resolution & Problem Management: Lead the identification, analysis, and resolution of incidents, service requests, and underlying root causes to minimize disruptions and enhance system reliability.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between business units, IT teams, third-party vendors, and implementation partners to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: Continuously monitor application health, job execution, interfaces, and data synchronization to proactively address potential issues and maintain operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of system and process workflows to enhance productivity, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in the implementation, integration, and administration of the SO99 Planning Solution, with a proven track record in system management and support.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated experience in managing internal teams and external vendors, fostering productive relationships, and driving project outcomes.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with SAP systems and a high level of analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and implement solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing strategic solutions, meeting deadlines, and contributing to long-term planning initiatives.
• Technical Tools: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and dashboard creation, to support data analysis and reporting.
