Senior Civil Engineer – Lead Industrial Infrastructure Development in Jeddah

Join our dynamic team as a **Senior Civil Engineer** and play a pivotal role in the design, execution, and oversight of large-scale industrial infrastructure projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in civil engineering, construction management, and industrial facility development to drive excellence in project delivery, safety, and stakeholder collaboration.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects—from conceptual planning and site preparation to final completion and handover. Your expertise will ensure adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

• Education & Experience: A **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering** and a minimum of **10 years of relevant professional experience**, with a strong emphasis on industrial facility and factory construction.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in **civil construction, structural works, concrete works, and finishing works**, ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with industry standards.
• Project Oversight: Proven ability to manage construction activities from **site preparation through completion and handover**, including coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Technical Documentation: Deep familiarity with **technical drawings, project specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), method statements, and quality control requirements** to ensure precision and consistency in project delivery.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Strong experience in **collaborating with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders** to align expectations, resolve challenges, and maintain seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): A robust understanding of **HSE requirements and site safety procedures**, with a commitment to fostering a secure and compliant work environment.
• Leadership & Problem-Solving: Exceptional **leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills** to inspire teams, mitigate risks, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Local Preference: Currently residing in **Saudi Arabia** with a **valid Saudi Driving License** (preferred).
• Immediate Availability: Ready to commence duties **without delay** to support our ongoing and upcoming projects.
