Store Manager - The White Company - Riyadh

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship store for The White Company in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets while upholding the brand’s reputation for quality, elegance, and customer-centric service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in luxury retail management, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Leadership: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer service to ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
• Sales & Performance Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals while maintaining the brand’s premium positioning.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of retail professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Customer Experience: Ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered, including handling escalations, building client relationships, and enhancing brand loyalty.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Collaborate with the buying team to optimize stock levels, manage product displays, and maintain store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
• Operational Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols while maintaining a secure and organized retail environment.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor store budgets, expenses, and profitability metrics, providing regular reports to senior management to drive informed decision-making.
• Brand Representation: Act as the face of The White Company in Riyadh, embodying the brand’s values of sophistication, authenticity, and customer dedication in all interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail management, with at least 2 years in a store manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Skills:
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and operational efficiency in a high-end retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on talent development and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in retail KPIs, financial reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
