Your Mission: Amplify Impact Through Strategic Digital Growth

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Insparya’s digital acquisition strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Mastery: Develop, manage, and refine multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms to ensure maximum reach and engagement. Specialization in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max strategies will be critical to driving measurable results.
• Innovation & Expansion: Continuously explore and test new acquisition channels, leveraging emerging technologies and trends—such as AI and automation—to identify high-potential growth opportunities.
• Conversion Optimization: Lead end-to-end campaign management, from initial lead generation to final sales conversion, ensuring a seamless and high-performing customer journey across the entire funnel.
• Content & Brand Alignment: Craft compelling, audience-specific messaging and creative assets that align with Insparya’s brand identity while adapting to diverse markets and cultural nuances.
• Community Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with patients and prospects by managing social media platforms, initiating engagement initiatives, and maintaining a cohesive, brand-aligned digital presence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine lead quality, improve conversion rates, and align digital strategies with broader business objectives.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), conversion rates, lead volume, and quality to inform strategic optimizations.
• Testing & Iteration: Implement rigorous A/B testing across campaigns, audiences, messaging, creatives, and landing pages to identify high-performing variations and drive continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Allocate and optimize digital marketing budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective performance and scalable growth.
• Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, emerging tools, and advancements in AI, automation, and performance marketing technologies to keep Insparya at the forefront of digital innovation.
