Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this position, we are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Nationality: Saudi national only.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology, with a focus on technical support, IT infrastructure, and network management.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with operating systems (preferably Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365), ERP systems (Odoo and SAP), and IT security best practices.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attitude: Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and data security.
