Key Responsibilities

As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining rigorous financial controls, driving budgetary discipline, and providing actionable insights to support strategic growth. Your role will span across multiple critical functions, including:

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets using advanced techniques such as zero-based and incremental budgeting, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Consolidate unit-level budgets to create comprehensive financial forecasts and monitor performance against industry benchmarks.
• Financial Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, comparing actual results against budgeted targets and industry standards. Develop scenario-based models and ad-hoc financial projections to support leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Reporting and Visualization: Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and presentations using advanced tools like Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate to communicate financial trends, variances, and insights to stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analyses to meet executive deadlines.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including operations, finance, and HR—to provide financial guidance, optimize resource allocation, and enhance cost efficiency. Act as a trusted advisor in financial matters, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and business goals.
• Investor and Stakeholder Communication: Prepare comprehensive information packs and periodic updates for investors, highlighting financial health, growth trajectories, and market positioning.
• Workforce Planning: Monitor manpower budgets and liaise with HR to optimize hiring strategies, ensuring alignment with financial and operational needs.
• Strategic Planning Support: Develop long-term, medium-term, and short-term financial scenarios to support strategic initiatives, including expansion, product diversification, and market penetration.
