Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee digital transformation and technology projects from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals, scope, and timelines while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Requirements & Planning: Translate complex business objectives into structured project plans, defining clear deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation to drive measurable outcomes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams—including business, technology, and vendor partners—to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify project risks, assess their impact, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions while addressing interdependencies between systems and teams.
• Budget & Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets meticulously, track cost variances, and manage change requests to uphold financial discipline without compromising project integrity.
• Vendor & Technical Coordination: Partner with external vendors and internal teams (e.g., Application, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity) to ensure timely delivery, scope adherence, and contractual compliance.
• Quality Assurance & Launch Readiness: Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve issues pre-launch, and ensure operational, training, and support plans are robust before transitioning to production.
• Performance & Compliance: Post-launch, monitor system performance, address stabilization challenges, and ensure alignment with technology governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Measure project success against KPIs, document lessons learned, and refine methodologies to enhance future project execution.

Additionally, you will contribute to ad-hoc initiatives as assigned by leadership, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Competencies

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong foundation in digital transformation principles.
• Methodologies: Proficiency in both traditional and agile project management frameworks, including Scrum, with hands-on experience in Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Leadership & Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage scope, time, cost, and quality while navigating complex project dependencies and risks.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP), Agile methodologies, and specialized training in digital/technology project management and risk assessment.
• Technical Acumen: A deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices, enterprise architecture, and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure robust project outcomes.
