In this Accountant position, you will be responsible for overseeing core financial operations, ensuring precision in financial reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial transparency and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of financial duties, including but not limited to:

• Financial Record-Keeping: Accurately record and maintain daily financial transactions, ensuring all records are up-to-date, organized, and compliant with accounting standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive invoices, payment vouchers, and detailed financial reports to support internal and external stakeholders. Generate monthly financial summaries and provide actionable insights to management for informed decision-making.
• Accounts Management: Oversee and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining healthy supplier and customer relationships.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company accounts on a regular basis to identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist in fulfilling VAT and ZATCA obligations, ensuring all financial documentation aligns with Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements. Stay updated on evolving tax laws and their implications for the organization.
• Collaborative Support: Work closely with auditors, tax authorities, and other financial parties to facilitate smooth audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Document Management: Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions, invoices, and supporting documents in a secure and accessible manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong educational background, technical proficiency, and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including double-entry bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and internal controls.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with VAT and ZATCA requirements in Saudi Arabia, including tax filings, compliance reporting, and audit processes.
• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis) and Microsoft Word. Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to follow up on tasks efficiently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional Experience: Previous accounting experience is highly preferred, particularly in roles involving financial reporting, auditing, or tax compliance.
