About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Manager to join our team and assume full ownership of our talent portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned creators, overseeing their day-to-day operations, strategic development, and brand engagements. Your responsibilities will encompass managing schedules, content calendars, and deliverables while nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships with your talent. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the careers of influential creators and drive their success in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Advocacy: Act as the trusted day-to-day liaison for your assigned creators, addressing their needs, managing their schedules, and ensuring seamless execution of their professional commitments.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with your talent, fostering an environment of trust, transparency, and mutual growth.
• Content Strategy & Execution: Coordinate content planning initiatives, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines and deliverables, aligning with both creative and business objectives.
• Brand & Partner Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with brand partners, managing campaign logistics, timelines, and requirements to deliver exceptional results.
• Deal Negotiation & Management: As you grow within the role, progressively assume responsibility for negotiating and closing deals on behalf of your talent, ensuring favorable terms and opportunities.
• Opportunity Tracking: Monitor deal statuses, outbound and inbound opportunities, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records to support strategic decision-making.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential risks, including missed deadlines, talent dissatisfaction, or brand-related issues, before they escalate into larger challenges.
• Professional Representation: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all external communications, representing Chimera Creative with integrity and excellence.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field within the creative, media, or entertainment industry is essential.
• Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with talent and stakeholders alike.
• Organizational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, talents, and deadlines with precision and efficiency in a high-pressure environment.
• Communication Skills: Confident and articulate communicator, capable of engaging effectively with talent, brands, and internal teams to convey ideas and expectations clearly.
• Geographic Flexibility: Must be based in or willing to work within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the broader Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) time zones to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced agency setting, embracing challenges and driving innovation to support the growth of both talent and the agency.
