Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Staff Nurse I to join our esteemed healthcare team in Jeddah, Madinah, and Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

The Staff Nurse I will perform a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

• Providing comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients across various healthcare settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and the nursing process.
• Assessing patient needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrating leadership by taking charge of shifts or acting as a resource for nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination and continuity of care.
• Administering medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitoring patient progress, documenting observations, and communicating effectively with healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educating patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans to promote informed decision-making and self-care.
• Adhering to infection control policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards to maintain a secure and hygienic care environment.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education programs, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical competencies and patient care standards.

Qualifications and Experience

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following educational and professional requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or a Nursing Diploma from an accredited institution.
• Experience:
  • For candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
  • For candidates with an Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma, a minimum of four (4) years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure from the country of origin, along with licensure from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
