Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as the backbone of the kitchen department, providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Administrative Support: Manage a variety of office tasks, including word processing, data entry, filing, and document reproduction, to streamline departmental operations and enhance productivity.

• Communication Management: Handle telephone calls, email correspondence, and written communications with precision and timeliness, ensuring clear and effective information flow within the department and beyond.
• Travel Coordination: Organize and manage travel arrangements for department managers, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while adhering to company policies and budgetary guidelines.
• Special Project Assistance: Collaborate with the kitchen leadership team on departmental initiatives, ad-hoc assignments, and process improvements to drive operational excellence and innovation.
