Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain HRIS systems to ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic HR goals and operational needs.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop and enhance HR processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and tools.
• Manage user access, system configurations, and data migration to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide system support, and ensure minimal disruption to HR operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in system configuration, data management, and troubleshooting.
