As a **Piping QC Inspector** at Naser Altabadel Trading Establishment, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the fabrication, installation, and inspection of piping systems to guarantee adherence to industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection and Compliance: Conduct thorough inspections of piping materials, welds, fittings, and assemblies to verify compliance with ASME, API, ISO, and other relevant codes and standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographs, measurements, and observations, to track progress and address discrepancies promptly.
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Perform and interpret results from NDT techniques such as ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), and visual inspection to identify defects or deviations.
• Quality Assurance Coordination: Work closely with quality assurance teams to implement and enforce quality control protocols, ensuring consistency and reliability in project deliverables.
• Field and Site Oversight: Visit construction sites to monitor piping installations, verify adherence to engineering drawings, and ensure alignment with project timelines and safety protocols.
• Vendor and Contractor Collaboration: Engage with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Safety and Risk Management: Adhere to safety regulations and promote a secure working environment by identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.

Qualified candidates should possess:

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Piping QC Inspector or in a similar quality control role within the construction or industrial sector.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME B31.1, B31.3, API 5L, and ISO 9001.
• Certification in non-destructive testing (NDT) is a significant advantage.
