Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Technogym in Jeddah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, from receipt to delivery. Your expertise in inventory management, order accuracy, and logistical coordination will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence in product fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Receive, review, and process customer orders with precision, ensuring all details are accurately captured and entered into the system. Verify order information, including product specifications, quantities, and shipping addresses, to prevent errors and delays.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels in real-time to ensure sufficient stock availability for order fulfillment. Collaborate with the procurement team to reorder products as needed, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick items from inventory based on order requirements, adhering to established protocols to maintain product integrity. Pack orders securely and accurately, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for seamless shipping and delivery.
• Shipping and Logistics Coordination: Liaise with shipping carriers to arrange timely and cost-effective delivery of orders. Track shipments, resolve any delivery issues, and provide customers with updates on their order status. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
• Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on processed orders to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and adherence to customer expectations. Address any discrepancies or errors promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order inquiries, status updates, and resolution of fulfillment-related concerns. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions to uphold Technogym’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline order fulfillment processes, reduce operational inefficiencies, and enhance overall productivity. Recommend and implement best practices to optimize workflow and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or a similar operational role within a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the fitness equipment or wellness industry is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of order management systems (OMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Familiarity with ERP systems and barcode scanning technology is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed decisions to improve order accuracy and fulfillment efficiency. Attention to detail is critical to ensuring high standards of quality.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset for serving our diverse customer base.
• Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities are essential.
• Team Collaboration: Capacity to work effectively within a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration with departments such as sales, procurement, and customer service to achieve shared objectives.
