Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including:

• Strategic Production Planning: Develop and refine production plans for Polymer and Chemical assets, ensuring they align with yearly grade-wise business needs and the broader business plan framework. Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to balance supply and demand effectively.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with Joint Venture (JV) off-takers to ensure smooth execution and compliance with S&OP processes. Monitor and maintain performance metrics to guarantee accuracy in supply-demand alignment.
• Performance Monitoring & Compliance: Track and report on off-takers' performance and compliance with Off-Take Agreements (OTA). Address customer complaints proactively to enhance satisfaction while maintaining process efficiency.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) module in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Generate analytical reports and financial insights to support decision-making across departments.
• Budget Alignment: Facilitate alignment between the SBU PetChem budget cycle and manufacturing operations, focusing on grade-wise financial planning and performance tracking.
• Process Optimization: Oversee daily planning and scheduling activities to meet performance targets and organizational objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute business processes that enhance Joint Venture outcomes.
• KPI Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on S&OP compliance and supply accuracy, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a production or planning capacity.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of the petrochemical sector, coupled with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proven ability in decision-making and problem-solving to navigate complex operational challenges.
• Software & System Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP systems, and the IBP module to manage data effectively and generate actionable insights.
