In this key role, you will act as the primary liaison between our agency and our valued clients, ensuring seamless collaboration, alignment of expectations, and the execution of high-impact social media strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and performance across digital platforms, positioning our clients for sustained success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, challenges, and evolving needs. Serve as their dedicated point of contact, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and proactive communication.
• Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement tailored social media strategies aligned with client objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
• Campaign Execution & Oversight: Oversee the planning, launch, and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and creative directives. Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, digital marketing, and analytics specialists, to deliver cohesive and impactful social media solutions.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign successes, and areas for optimization.
• Client Retention & Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client engagements and contribute to the agency’s revenue growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing or social media agency environment.
• Strong portfolio of successful client relationships and campaign deliverables.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; additional languages are a significant advantage.
