• Key Responsibilities:
• Apply and enforce local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and NAPCO’s internal standards to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Interpret and translate complex legal requirements, industry regulations, and internal procedures to protect personnel, assets, and business operations.
• Identify potential hazards and implement proactive measures to prevent workplace incidents and minimize market losses.
• Organize and plan work activities, projects, or initiatives to optimize efficiency and achieve both immediate and long-term objectives.
• Support NAPCO’s NFP business environment by aligning daily operations with organizational goals and safety priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
