Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass a comprehensive spectrum of clinical and operational duties, including but not limited to:
- Clinical Leadership and Patient Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments, document findings meticulously, and design individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and conditions.
- Diagnostic and Therapeutic Excellence: Prescribe and interpret diagnostic tests, order necessary investigations, and administer evidence-based treatments—including medication management—to optimize patient recovery and mobility.
- Patient Education and Empowerment: Educate patients on their orthopedic conditions, treatment protocols, medication adherence, and proactive health measures to promote long-term wellness and disease prevention.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere strictly to Nahdi Care Clinics’ policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks, including those set by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and the College of Board Administrators for Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI). Ensure all clinical practices align with Ministry of Health (MOH) standards and participate actively in quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborative Engagement: Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across departments, external agencies, vendors, and patients’ families to deliver seamless, coordinated care. Actively contribute to NCC committees, task forces, and professional development programs.
- Continuous Learning and Mentorship: Lead and participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities, including rounds, conferences, and journal clubs, to stay at the forefront of orthopedic advancements. Mentor junior staff and cultivate a culture of lifelong learning within the team.
- Specialty-Specific Privileges: Exercise specialized clinical privileges aligned with your training, experience, and the guidelines of the Saudi health council, ensuring tailored and high-caliber care for orthopedic patients.
- Operational Excellence: Comply with all safety protocols, including fire safety requirements, and maintain adherence to attendance and clinical standards. Embrace flexibility to undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support NCC’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements
To excel in this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university, complemented by either a Master’s degree in Orthopedic Surgery or a related specialty from an accredited institution, or a Fellowship with SCFHS approval.
- Experience: Possess 2 years of clinical experience following your Master’s degree or be eligible to sit the board examination in your specialty.
- Licensure: Be licensed as a Registrar in Orthopedic Surgery by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Office and Health Information Systems to manage patient records and clinical workflows efficiently.
- Language Skills: Achieve fluent proficiency in both English and Arabic, including speaking, writing, and clinical communication, to effectively engage with diverse patient populations and multidisciplinary teams.
