Work Environment and Schedule:

The position operates in an **indoor-only** setting with a structured schedule of **6 working days per week**, including a **1-day off**. Working hours consist of **8 net hours per shift**, as determined by the Head of Department, ensuring flexibility to accommodate clinical needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: A **Bachelor’s or Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing** is required. For Saudi nationals, a Bachelor’s Degree fulfills the education requirement without prior experience.
• Licensure: A valid **SCHS license** is mandatory, along with current **Registered Nurse Licensure** from your country of origin and **Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) Licensure**.
• Experience: **2 years of clinical nursing experience** post-degree is required, with an exception for Saudi candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in **Healthcare Information Systems** is essential for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Language Skills: **Fluent proficiency in both English and Arabic** is required to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations and healthcare professionals.
