Position Overview

Stranger Soccer, a dynamic and rapidly expanding sports organization based in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly motivated and responsible Operator & License Owner to oversee operations in Jeddah. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee all on-site operations in Jeddah, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities, including facility management, event coordination, and customer service excellence.
• License Compliance: Serve as the primary license holder, ensuring strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements set forth by Saudi authorities. This includes maintaining accurate records, submitting timely reports, and addressing any compliance-related inquiries.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of staff members, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Conduct regular training sessions to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, including revenue tracking, expense management, and budget adherence. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure financial stability and profitability.
• Customer Relations: Act as the face of Stranger Soccer in Jeddah, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all participants.
• Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for business expansion, process improvements, and innovation. Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that enhance the organization’s market presence and competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent professional experience in operations or management will be considered.
• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian business regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are advantageous.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• A valid Saudi driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential for on-site responsibilities.
