Position Overview

United Pharmaceuticals Company is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Pharmacist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Key Responsibilities

The Community Pharmacist will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Medication Dispensing: Accurately prepare and dispense prescription and non-prescription medications, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while prioritizing patient safety.
• Patient Consultation: Offer professional advice on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions to patients, promoting optimal health outcomes and adherence to prescribed therapies.
• Healthcare Guidance: Provide general healthcare advice to customers, addressing minor ailments and recommending appropriate over-the-counter products or non-pharmaceutical solutions when necessary.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and expiration risks.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to pharmacy regulations, guidelines, and best practices, including maintaining accurate records, conducting audits, and upholding confidentiality standards.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a superior customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering long-term relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to facilitate seamless patient care and support interdisciplinary healthcare initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BSc) or a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: Prior experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting is highly desirable. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and internship experience will also be considered.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical dispensing, drug interaction management, and inventory control systems.
• Regulatory Knowledge: A thorough understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing the profession.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory to effectively engage with diverse patient populations and healthcare stakeholders.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position operates within a dynamic and fast-paced retail pharmacy environment. The successful candidate will adhere to a structured work schedule, including:

• Working Days: Six days per week, with a commitment to delivering consistent and reliable service.
• Days Off: One designated day off per week, providing a balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being.
