Key Responsibilities

As an ENT Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing complex diagnostic evaluations and surgical procedures for ENT disorders, including but not limited to sinusitis, tonsillitis, hearing loss, and head and neck cancers.
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring optimal recovery and long-term health outcomes.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as audiologists, speech therapists, and radiologists, to deliver holistic patient care.
• Participating in medical research, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives to advance ENT practices and contribute to the broader medical community.
• Mentoring junior medical staff and providing educational support to enhance their clinical competencies.
• Staying abreast of the latest advancements in otolaryngology through continuous professional development and attending relevant conferences.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Licensure and Certification: Possession of a valid Dataflow/SCFHS license as an ENT consultant, or a commitment to obtaining it prior to the commencement of employment. This ensures compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and standards.
• Clinical Experience: A minimum of five years of post-board or fellowship experience in otolaryngology, demonstrating a deep understanding of ENT pathologies and surgical techniques. Your expertise should be supported by a strong track record of successful patient outcomes and clinical leadership.
• Professional Affiliation: Membership in reputable medical societies, such as the Saudi ENT Society or international bodies like the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS), is highly advantageous.
