Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Comprehensive Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough dental evaluations, document findings meticulously, and develop tailored treatment plans to address each patient’s specific oral health needs.
• Patient-Centered Care: Design and execute individualized dental care plans, ensuring that every intervention aligns with the highest standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
• Education and Empowerment: Educate patients on their oral health conditions, the importance of diagnostic investigations, available treatment options, and proper medication usage. Foster a proactive approach to dental hygiene through clear, concise, and engaging communication.
• Investigation and Prescription Management: Order and review diagnostic investigations, interpret results accurately, and prescribe appropriate medications to support patient recovery and ongoing oral health maintenance.
• Clinical Procedures: Perform a broad range of dental procedures as outlined in your dental privileging, including restorative treatments, extractions, and minor surgeries, with precision and professionalism.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position operates within an indoor clinical setting, offering a structured and supportive work environment focused on delivering exceptional dental care. Your schedule will include:

• Working Days: Six days per week, ensuring comprehensive coverage for our patient community.
• Days Off: One designated day off per week to promote work-life balance and sustainability.
• Working Hours: Eight net working hours per day, aligned with a shift schedule approved by the Head of Department. This schedule ensures flexibility and efficiency in delivering patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from a recognized medical school, demonstrating a strong foundation in dental science and clinical practice.
• Experience: Possess a minimum of two years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner Dentist, showcasing proficiency in diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of dental conditions.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Office and Health Information Systems to efficiently manage patient records, schedule appointments, and utilize digital tools for clinical documentation and communication.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic, including speaking and writing, to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
