About the Role

As a MIU MIU Area Visual Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in translating the brand’s visionary aesthetic into compelling in-store experiences that drive customer engagement and sales. Reporting within the Prada Group—a global leader in luxury fashion—you will contribute to the brand’s legacy of excellence while fostering innovation in visual storytelling. Your responsibilities will span from designing captivating window displays to curating store interiors that align with Miu Miu’s creative direction, ensuring each location reflects the brand’s identity while resonating with local markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Execution: Develop and implement window display and store interior designs that adhere to Miu Miu’s guidelines while adapting to the unique characteristics of each store. Your designs should elevate the brand’s image and enhance product visibility, driving both foot traffic and sales.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to create displays that align with seasonal trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics. Your work will be guided by sales data, competitor analysis, and the strategic vision of Headquarters to ensure maximum impact.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the execution of visual displays across your assigned geographic area by reviewing photographic updates from local Visual Teams. Provide timely feedback and guidance to Store Managers and In-Store Visualists to maintain display integrity and address any deviations from the brand’s standards.
• Showroom Coordination: Assist in setting up showroom displays for seasonal collection launches, ensuring alignment with Collection Merchandisers’ instructions and brand aesthetics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Communications & PR Department to support in-store events and press presentations, enhancing brand visibility and customer experience. Additionally, you will provide insights on store operations and display challenges to Operations, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Guidance and Training: Empower Store Managers and In-Store Visualists with the tools and knowledge to execute and maintain displays effectively. Your leadership will ensure consistency across the area while fostering a culture of excellence in visual merchandising.
