Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management and Support: Oversee and maintain both physical and virtual server environments, including Windows and Linux systems, virtualization platforms, storage solutions, and backup infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
• Hybrid Cloud and On-Premises Operations: Manage and optimize our hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, guaranteeing seamless performance, scalability, and capacity planning to support business growth.
• Network Architecture and Security: Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise networks, including advanced routing, switching, VLANs, wireless connectivity, and security solutions such as firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and network security appliances.
• Advanced Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices, infrastructure hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements to safeguard against evolving threats.
• Incident Management and Root-Cause Analysis: Lead the resolution of complex infrastructure incidents with a focus on root-cause analysis, minimizing downtime, and ensuring rapid recovery.
