Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality healthcare services while maintaining an outstanding patient experience. The Operations Manager will play a key role in managing schedules, workflows, and resource allocation, fostering seamless collaboration between medical and administrative teams, and ensuring strict adherence to clinical and operational policies. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure seamless service delivery, including managing patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and high standards of care.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and mentor administrative and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment while coordinating with medical teams to align operational goals with clinical objectives.
• Process Optimization: Analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance workflow efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall clinic productivity.
• Vendor & Supply Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of medical and operational supplies while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Support budget development, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial sustainability without compromising service quality.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, patient safety protocols, and international quality standards, while supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Issue Resolution: Address escalated operational issues promptly and effectively, implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions and maintain service excellence.
• Strategic Contribution: Participate in strategic planning and implementation, aligning operational activities with the clinic’s long-term goals to support growth and innovation in healthcare delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
• Experience: Proven experience in operations management within clinics, hospitals, or healthcare organizations, with a strong track record in process improvement and resource planning.
• Leadership & Management: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and foster a positive work environment through effective communication and coaching.
• Analytical & Technical Skills: Proficiency in using data and KPIs to drive operational decisions, along with experience with clinic management systems and standard office software.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare quality standards, patient safety principles, and KSA healthcare regulations is highly beneficial.
• Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, and implement solutions to operational challenges.
