Key Responsibilities

In this full-time, leadership-focused role, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Medical Leadership: Oversee all medical operations and clinical services to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Clinical Excellence: Supervise and mentor the medical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to Saudi healthcare regulations, including those set by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), while maintaining compliance with international clinical standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor clinical policies and patient safety protocols to uphold the highest standards of care.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between clinical teams and executive management, facilitating seamless communication and strategic decision-making.
• Operational Oversight: Drive efficiency in medical workflows, resource allocation, and service delivery to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Clinical Expertise: Minimum of five years of professional experience in the medical field, with a strong background in medical management or clinical supervision.
• Leadership and Governance: Proven ability to lead diverse medical teams, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia, including those governed by the SCFHS, and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
• Licensing: Valid professional classification and license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English to facilitate seamless interaction with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
