Reporting directly to senior management, this position is based in Saudi Arabia or Egypt, with a commitment to 50% travel to support global deployments and customer engagements. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering world-class technical support, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless integration of GRC Technologies’ advanced monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, you will lead initiatives to enhance customer retention and business growth by delivering exceptional technical support, field services, and engineering excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer-Centric Support and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to foster long-term customer relationships through proactive support, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary technical liaison, resolving complex inquiries and collaborating with sales and support teams to address unresolved issues with precision and efficiency.
• Technical Leadership and Field Deployment: Provide comprehensive product training, demonstrations, and technical guidance to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of GRC Technologies’ solutions. Travel domestically and internationally to install, commission, and troubleshoot Artificial Lift Downhole Monitoring Systems, including ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) and PDG (Pressure Downhole Gauge) sensors, in both shop and field environments.
• Performance Optimization and Root Cause Analysis: Monitor system performance, diagnose malfunctions, and conduct root cause failure analysis to enhance reliability. Provide actionable feedback to the engineering team, contributing to product improvements, functional requirements, and field application enhancements.
• Project Execution and Compliance: Lead installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, budget constraints, and project timelines. Conduct final inspections and submit job completion tickets to maintain rigorous quality standards.
• Sales and Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide accurate billing of materials based on application-specific requirements, ensuring seamless quoting processes and customer readiness for deployments.
• Safety, Health, and Environmental Stewardship: Uphold all safety, health, and environmental policies, participating in incident investigations and reporting changes that impact operational protocols. Commit to maintaining a culture of safety and sustainability across all activities.
