Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for skincare products. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and dermatology clinics.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Conduct regular follow-ups, address inquiries, and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities within the skincare sector. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive brand awareness and product adoption.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our skincare product portfolio, including ingredients, benefits, and usage guidelines. Effectively communicate product value propositions to clients and stakeholders to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to track progress against targets. Utilize CRM tools to monitor client interactions, sales pipelines, and market trends, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry best practices, product innovations, and sales techniques. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth and success of the commercial team.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A background in the beauty, pharmaceutical, or skincare industry is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Riyadh and occasionally to other regions as needed to meet client demands.
