Your Responsibilities

As a Software Sales Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Lead Qualification & Follow-Up: Efficiently manage and qualify inbound sales leads to identify high-potential opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with CIOs, IT directors, and other key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and align solutions accordingly.
• Discovery & Solution Design: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover customer requirements and tailor software solutions that meet their strategic objectives.
• Opportunity Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, from initial engagement to proposal submission and closure.
• Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals that highlight the value of our software solutions, addressing the specific needs of each prospect.
• CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within our CRM system to ensure seamless collaboration and tracking.

What We Value in a Candidate

We are looking for a self-driven professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on software, cloud, or IT solutions.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English, with the confidence to engage senior-level stakeholders effectively.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Saudi market and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the region.
• Relocation Readiness: Currently based in Riyadh or prepared to relocate immediately to join our team.
• Availability: Ready to commence work within a short notice period, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, candidates with the following attributes will be given preference:

• Technology Sales Expertise: Prior experience selling software, cloud services, or IT infrastructure solutions.
• Local Market Connections: Existing business relationships within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which can accelerate market penetration.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English to facilitate seamless communication with a diverse range of clients.

During the session, each candidate will have 60–90 seconds to introduce themselves, highlight their sales experience, and showcase key achievements. Successful candidates from the group interview will progress to an individual interview, where we will delve deeper into your qualifications and fit for the role.
