Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and operational functions:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a cohesive group-wide marketing, brand, and communications strategy that accelerates sustainable growth and reinforces the holding company’s reputation as a market leader.
• Brand Architecture and Governance: Define and implement a clear brand architecture framework, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all subsidiaries and external platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to translate corporate objectives into impactful marketing and communications initiatives, bridging strategy with execution across diverse business units.
• Integrated Campaign Development: Design and oversee integrated campaigns spanning digital, social media, events, partnerships, and traditional media to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
• Digital Transformation: Elevate the group’s digital presence by optimizing platforms to effectively communicate its capabilities, portfolio, and investment activities in a competitive landscape.
• Market Intelligence and Insights: Drive market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform data-driven strategic decisions and identify high-potential revenue opportunities.
