As the **Head of Investment**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s investment strategy, driving growth, and maximizing portfolio performance under the guidance of the Owner. You will lead the investment function—from sourcing and structuring deals to managing the full lifecycle of financial investments, international real estate portfolios, and asset optimization—ensuring alignment with both local and global best practices.

In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop and refine investment strategies that balance risk, return, and long-term value creation. Your responsibilities span across multiple domains, including financial investments, real estate acquisitions, and portfolio management, requiring a blend of analytical rigor and strategic foresight. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential opportunities, conducting rigorous due diligence, structuring transactions, and negotiating with partners to secure optimal outcomes.

• Strategic Investment Leadership: Support the General Manager in formulating and refining the company’s investment strategy, ensuring it remains agile and aligned with evolving market trends and industry benchmarks. Propose data-driven investment strategies that align with risk appetites, financial constraints, and long-term objectives while staying ahead of global and local market developments.
• Relationship and Deal Sourcing: Build and nurture strategic relationships with deal providers, investment advisors, and partners to identify and evaluate high-quality investment opportunities. Act as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders, leading negotiations to secure favorable terms and maximize value for the portfolio.
• Due Diligence and Research: Conduct in-depth due diligence and market research to assess investment viability, financial health, and growth potential. Stay informed on emerging trends in private equity, venture capital, equities, and commercial real estate to inform strategic decision-making.
• Portfolio Management and Optimization: Oversee the full lifecycle of investments—from acquisition and financing to monitoring, optimization, and eventual divestment—ensuring each asset is managed to maximize returns and minimize risk. Collaborate with internal and external teams to structure transactions, source debt financing, and implement financing programs that support portfolio growth.
• Financial and Real Estate Investments: Lead the financial due diligence process, oversee transaction closings, and collaborate with analysts to evaluate investment opportunities. For real estate investments, design strategic initiatives, recommend financing solutions, and manage international portfolios to drive value and profitability.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive economic, industry, and market research to benchmark investments against global standards. Perform equity research, analyze historical data, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance portfolio performance and decision-making.
