Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Strategy & Transformation: Lead the development and implementation of advanced financial analysis methodologies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Decision-Metric Insights: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support senior management in critical decision-making, leveraging data to uncover opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
• Public Financial Management Expertise: Provide specialized support in budget preparation, execution, revenue assurance, and cost optimization, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to gather actionable insights, refine financial strategies, and deliver tailored recommendations that drive operational excellence.
• Annual Budgeting & Financial Reporting: Assist clients in the annual budgeting process, providing ongoing analysis and strategic guidance to enhance financial performance and resource allocation.
• Process Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements across critical finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR), ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
• Data Visualization & Communication: Design and develop interactive financial dashboards using tools like Power BI, transforming complex data into intuitive visualizations that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Strategic Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations, articulating financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact.
• Regional Engagement: Embrace a mobile consulting mindset, with regular travel across the MENA region to engage directly with clients, understand their unique challenges, and deliver on-site solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• 3 to 4 Years of Relevant Experience: Proven expertise in Finance Transformation and Financial Planning, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions in leading business consulting or accounting organizations.
• Hands-On Transformation Skills: Deep experience in major finance transformations, including process redesign, system implementation, and financial planning frameworks.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of financial planning processes, transactions, and industry-standard tools to drive operational efficiency.
• Presentation Mastery: Exceptional ability to create and deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations that resonate with senior stakeholders.
• Resilience & Adaptability: A high drive for achieving solutions under pressure, coupled with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Ideal Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, complemented by professional certifications such as ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA.
• Regional Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the MENA region to support client engagements and foster long-term relationships.
