Position Overview

The Wealth Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Khobar, and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This dynamic role is designed for professionals who thrive in client-facing environments and are passionate about delivering tailored wealth management solutions. The Wealth Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, gaining a deep understanding of their financial aspirations, and designing bespoke wealth management strategies to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with affluent clients and institutional partners, ensuring their financial needs are met with precision and care.
• Financial Planning & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ financial situations, including risk profiling, goal-based planning, retirement strategies, and wealth preservation techniques, to develop actionable wealth management plans.
• Investment Advisory & Portfolio Oversight: Recommend and implement investment solutions tailored to clients’ risk tolerance and financial goals, construct diversified portfolios, and continuously monitor performance to optimize returns.
• Regulatory Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensure all wealth management activities adhere to regulatory requirements set by the Capital Market Authority, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and client confidentiality.
• Collaboration & Business Development: Work closely with internal teams, including product specialists and research analysts, to leverage market insights and deliver innovative solutions. Actively prospect new clients, achieve predefined targets, and participate in client engagement events to drive business growth.
• Client Engagement & Education: Conduct regular review meetings to update clients on portfolio performance, market trends, and strategic adjustments, fostering transparency and trust.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial planning, preferably within the Saudi or regional market, is highly desirable.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in financial planning tools, portfolio management systems, and investment analysis. Strong knowledge of capital markets, asset allocation, risk management, and financial products relevant to high-net-worth clients.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex financial concepts for clients. A client-centric mindset, analytical acumen, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
• Certifications & Compliance: Must hold the CME-1 certification as mandated by the Capital Market Authority. A commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required to effectively engage with a diverse client base and collaborate within a multicultural team.
