The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting passionate and results-oriented Product Specialists and Medical Representatives to champion our expanding portfolio in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between BettaLife and healthcare professionals, ensuring our products are not only recognized but also trusted for their clinical efficacy and patient-centric benefits. Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion & Engagement: Deliver detailed and compelling presentations to doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within your assigned territory, highlighting the unique advantages of BettaLife’s products.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
• Sales Excellence: Consistently meet and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Educational Initiatives: Organize and lead Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, round-table discussions, and scientific events to disseminate critical medical knowledge and product insights.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of the latest clinical data, competitor activities, and market trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations to management.
• Scientific Communication: Develop and deliver high-impact scientific presentations that resonate with healthcare professionals and reinforce BettaLife’s commitment to evidence-based medicine.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all promotional activities and interactions adhere to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Feedback Loop: Regularly assess market dynamics and customer feedback to refine strategies and enhance product positioning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of scientific acumen, commercial insight, and exceptional interpersonal skills. We are looking for candidates who embody the following attributes:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field, with a strong foundation in medical or pharmaceutical principles.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• In-depth scientific knowledge coupled with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
• A self-motivated, proactive, and resilient mindset, capable of thriving in a competitive and independent work environment.
• A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to undertake extensive travel within your designated territory to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate confidently in professional settings.
