Participate in 24/7 on-call support and incident management, providing timely assistance during critical deployments, releases, and upgrades.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce database access controls, user privileges, and authentication mechanisms to ensure data integrity and security. Stay ahead of emerging threats by applying database security best practices and conducting vulnerability assessments. Monitor audit logs and database activities to detect and mitigate potential risks while ensuring compliance with organizational security and governance standards.
• Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate knowledge sharing and operational efficiency. Develop automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance workflow efficiency. Drive database optimization and modernization initiatives by recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
