Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Fusion Finance Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in leading the technical design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, coupled with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive successful implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and development of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions, including BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Module Expertise: Provide in-depth technical guidance across Oracle Fusion Finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expenses, Tax, and Projects.
• Integration & Development: Architect and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and middleware technologies to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Data Management: Drive data migration, conversion, and reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with financial governance standards.
• Customization & Enhancements: Lead sandbox customizations, UI enhancements, and configuration using Page Composer and Application Composer to meet evolving business requirements.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Oracle Fusion security frameworks, including roles, data access sets, and privileges, while optimizing system performance and troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with functional leads, business users, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, fostering clear communication and alignment.
• Project Delivery: Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production migration, and go-live activities, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor junior technical team members, conduct code reviews, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities and project outcomes.
• Documentation & Governance: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, deployment artifacts, and support documentation to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Minimum 8–15 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Technical components, including BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC, FBDI, HDL, and Data Extracts.
• Development Expertise: Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, BI reporting, and Oracle Fusion data models, with hands-on experience in designing and optimizing financial reporting solutions.
• Integration & Middleware: Proven experience in developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and web services to facilitate cross-system data exchange.
• Security & Governance: In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion security frameworks, data governance, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the banking/financial services sector is advantageous, along with prior experience in end-to-end Fusion Finance technical workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and middleware technologies.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering large-scale Fusion Finance projects.
