We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Manager - Technical Infrastructure Specialist to oversee and elevate our enterprise IT infrastructure operations in Riyadh, KSA. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader with deep technical expertise, operational acumen, and a commitment to driving innovation through cutting-edge technologies like AI and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless infrastructure delivery, robust cybersecurity, and continuous optimization of IT services to align with business objectives.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team across critical domains, including Data Center operations, Server and Virtualization platforms, Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN), Linux/Unix environments, Deskside Support, Security Operations Center (SOC), Network Operations Center (NOC), and Storage/Backup solutions. With a focus on automation, AI-driven efficiencies, and ITIL best practices, this role will drive operational excellence, enhance service reliability, and foster a culture of innovation within the IT infrastructure landscape.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic leadership position, you will:

• Lead End-to-End Infrastructure Operations: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Data Center, Server, Network, Linux, and Deskside Support services, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational readiness. Implement proactive monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
• Drive Service Excellence and Compliance: Establish and maintain service levels aligned with business priorities, ensuring adherence to SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and uptime targets. Lead major incident response and service restoration initiatives while developing insightful operational dashboards and executive reports to track performance.
• Champion Automation and AI Adoption: Leverage automation and AI technologies to streamline IT operations, reduce manual intervention, and drive operational efficiencies. Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies that enhance infrastructure agility and resilience.
• Ensure Cybersecurity and Risk Mitigation: Maintain a robust cybersecurity posture by aligning infrastructure operations with compliance and risk management frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate vulnerabilities and safeguard enterprise assets.
• Foster Continuous Improvement: Implement service improvement plans to optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Champion a culture of innovation and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with ITIL and ISO best practices.
• Stakeholder and Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of 25+ professionals across multiple technologies, including helpdesk, server, network, and cloud domains. Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth to build a high-performing infrastructure team.
