Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a comprehensive range of financial and operational duties, ensuring both financial and inventory accuracy:

• Accounts Receivable & Sales Collections: Oversee daily accounts receivable transactions, ensuring all sales and warehouse-related collections are accurately recorded, reconciled, and matched against customer invoices. Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and prepare aging reports to maintain optimal receivable health. Collaborate with sales teams to resolve account discrepancies and ensure timely collections.
• Salesmen Control: Work closely with sales teams to track daily routes, deliveries, and collections, verifying transactions, returns, and cash settlements submitted by salesmen. Identify and report any irregularities in collections, ensuring accountability and supporting clearance procedures for salesmen.
• Inventory Control & Stock Verification: Conduct regular physical inventory counts in warehouses and showrooms, reconciling stock records to identify and resolve discrepancies. Monitor damaged goods, returns, and stock variances while verifying daily load and stock movements between warehouses and sales vans. Participate in month-end inventory closing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Cash Handling & Reconciliation: Manage daily cash collections from salesmen, ensuring accurate counting, recording, and deposition. Perform cash reconciliations between physical cash and system balances, preparing detailed reports on any discrepancies or shortages.
• Reporting & Compliance: Generate daily and monthly accounts receivable and collection reports, maintaining meticulous documentation for all financial and inventory transactions. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and internal control procedures while supporting audit requirements with accurate, organized records.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills:

• Education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least two years of hands-on experience in sales accounting within manufacturing, FMCG, or retail environments.
• Language: Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of sales accounting principles, proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), and advanced Excel skills.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and cross-functional coordination abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
