Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Representative at Ecolab Inc., your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Client Engagement and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
• Technical Implementation: Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of Ecolab’s water treatment, hygiene, and cleaning systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to industry standards.
• Maintenance and Optimization: Conduct regular site visits to monitor equipment performance, perform preventive maintenance, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Educate clients and their teams on best practices for utilizing Ecolab solutions, ensuring maximum value and operational excellence.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex challenges that may arise in the field.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, client interactions, and technical interventions to support continuous improvement and compliance with company policies.
• Market Representation: Act as an ambassador for Ecolab, showcasing our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and client success in every interaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Education and Experience: A diploma or degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline is preferred. Prior experience in field service, technical support, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
