Key Responsibilities:

As the Purchase Ledger Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Vendor Payments and Reconciliation: Process and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments. Maintain meticulous records to support financial audits and compliance requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing purchase-related financial reports, including aging reports, vendor summaries, and payment schedules. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Procurement Support: Work closely with procurement teams to verify purchase orders, track inventory movements, and resolve discrepancies. Ensure alignment between procurement activities and financial commitments.
• Compliance and Controls: Implement and enforce internal controls to mitigate risks associated with vendor payments and procurement processes. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:
