Your Role and Responsibilities

As our Social Media & Content Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s online identity and connecting with our audience through compelling visuals and storytelling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to ensure consistent brand visibility and engagement.
• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic monthly content calendar that aligns with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns.
• Content Creation & Editing: Produce high-quality Reels, Stories, and short-form video content that resonates with our audience while adhering to the brand’s visual identity and aesthetic.
• Copywriting & Social Engagement: Craft engaging captions and social media copy in both Arabic and English, ensuring clarity, creativity, and brand consistency. Manage comments and direct messages to foster a positive and interactive community.
• Content Production Coordination: Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and other stakeholders to plan and execute photoshoots and content production sessions.
• Creative Ideation: Generate innovative content ideas that reflect the brand’s values, visual identity, and target audience preferences in the modest fashion space.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about modest fashion. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience: 0–3 years in marketing, social media management, or content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Skills & Competencies: A keen visual sense, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in shooting and editing short-form video content independently.
• Personal Traits: Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines and managing a content calendar effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences.
• Location & Availability: Must be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and available for a full-time position with flexible working hours.
• Industry Passion: A genuine interest in modest fashion and abaya design, along with an understanding of current trends and cultural nuances in the region.
• Portfolio & Work Samples: A strong portfolio or work samples, such as Reels, TikToks, or evidence of managing a brand’s social media account, are highly preferred.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Meta Ads, performance reporting, or strategic marketing initiatives will be considered an advantage.
