Field Sales Coordinator

Position Overview

Perfect Vision is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Coordinator to represent our company across active project sites throughout Saudi Arabia, including Haradh, Hawiyah, Fadhili, Jafurah, Khurais, and other key locations. This is a fully field-based role, requiring the successful candidate to operate directly on-site, engaging with clients, contractors, procurement teams, safety officers, fleet managers, and site decision-makers. The primary objective of this position is to identify real-time site requirements for our cutting-edge products and solutions—such as Fleet Management Systems, Telematics, PWAS (Proximity Warning Alert System), IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System), and LMI (Load Moment Indicator)—generate high-quality leads, secure Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs), and deliver actionable business opportunities to our commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

The Field Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Site Engagement and Opportunity Identification: Conduct regular visits to active project sites and contractor camps to identify new projects, contractors, sub-contractors, and heavy machinery fleets. Proactively assess immediate and future client needs to align them with Perfect Vision’s product portfolio.
• Lead Generation and Sales Support: Generate qualified sales leads by engaging with site teams, gathering technical specifications, and identifying opportunities that align with our solutions. Collect RFQs, site technical requirements, and POs from companies operating within project regions.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including Site Managers, HSE Officers, Fleet Supervisors, Procurement Officers, and other site decision-makers to drive site engagement and brand visibility.
• Product Presentation and Feedback Collection: Introduce Perfect Vision’s products and solutions on-site, deliver product demonstrations, distribute marketing materials, and gather valuable customer feedback to refine our offerings.
• Technical Coordination: Assist in coordinating site access between Perfect Vision’s technical team and client site management during technical surveys and installations, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
• Reporting and Market Intelligence: Maintain detailed daily and weekly site visit logs, documenting locations visited, key contacts engaged, project progress, and identified opportunities. Provide regular market intelligence updates on competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging contractor needs across different project sites. Submit concise weekly field summary reports to company management.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 2–5 years of sales, site coordination, or business development experience in Saudi Arabia, with a preference for candidates who have worked on Aramco-related projects, EPCs, heavy equipment rental companies, fleet management, or industrial safety solutions.
• Mobility and Travel: A valid driving license and the ability to travel extensively, often staying near major project hubs or sites. Comfort with long hours and a dynamic work environment is essential.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with site engineers, project managers, procurement personnel, safety officers, and other stakeholders in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, highly independent, outgoing, and persuasive, with the ability to work effectively with minimal office supervision while maintaining a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
