In this dynamic role, you will serve as the strategic commercial and clinical champion for the PureWick portfolio, dedicated to accelerating adoption, optimizing utilization, and driving sustainable growth across Saudi Arabia’s healthcare landscape. As a key driver of market development, you will engage with stakeholders, champion clinical practice transformation, and expand account penetration to position PureWick as the gold standard for non-invasive urinary management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Your impact will be far-reaching, spanning strategic execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Market Expansion and Commercial Growth: Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize market penetration, ensuring PureWick’s portfolio share and annual budget targets are met across assigned accounts. Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities through direct orders and tender participation, engaging with healthcare organizations (HCOs) across diverse sectors.
• Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Lead account onboarding, stakeholder mapping, and engagement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical leaders in strategic accounts. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between PureWick’s solutions and the evolving needs of healthcare providers.
• Clinical Practice Transformation: Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers within the incontinence community to drive awareness, education, and adoption of PureWick products. Ensure ethical and compliant promotional strategies are implemented to reach the right healthcare professionals (HCPs) with tailored messaging.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor inventory levels and ensure seamless communication with sales teams to maintain awareness of product availability among hospitals. Address and resolve operational disruptions promptly to minimize delivery impacts and uphold service excellence.
• Channel Development and Market Insights: Foster strong relationships with all sales channels, responding swiftly to customer requests and market demands. Conduct comprehensive market mapping and customer segmentation to refine strategies and enhance product positioning.
• Compliance and Ethical Leadership: Uphold BD’s professional and ethical standards in all interactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies.

About You

We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a passion for healthcare and a proven ability to drive change. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment, with a focus on medical devices, clinical sales, or healthcare solutions.
• Experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, particularly nursing and clinical teams, to understand and address their needs effectively.
• Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex healthcare ecosystems.
• A track record of driving product adoption and clinical practice change, with a preference for experience in Urinary Continence Care (UCC), Critical Care, Women’s Health, or hospital-based solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
