Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Crown Holdings, based in Dammam. Key Responsibilities

• System Design and Development: Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and automation solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to resolve complex challenges.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues in electrical systems. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all electrical installations and operations comply with local, national, and international safety regulations, including NEC, IEC, and OSHA standards. Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and manuals. Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with procurement, construction, and operational teams to align electrical engineering solutions with business objectives. Mentor junior engineers and provide training to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng) are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in system design, project management, and troubleshooting. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB) and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++. Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation systems is essential.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
